The question many are asking these days is: if #istayathome is useful?
The answer is yes.
Here is the story of 2 Italian cities: Lodi and Bergamo.
Lodi, at the first emergence of the outbreak, was immediately lockdown (February 24). Since then the cases have grown linearly.
Bergamo was “left free” until March 9. An exponential increase in cases has been observed up to a week after the entry into force of the lockdown.
And so? #istayhome.
Why? Because it works and it is the best thing you can do for yourself, for your loved ones, for the health system, for research. Is that clear enough now?
